Who's Biff Rose? Biff Rose achieved national prominence as a folky singer/piano player on the Johnny Carson Show in 1969. He wrote songs for David Bowie, Pat Boone and Tiny Tim, but in the late 70's Biff faded into obscurity. In April of 1996 we traveled to Biff's home in the 9th Ward district of New Orleans.For two weeks we slept on his kitchen floor and followed him as he played the streets of Jackson Square.
